FAQs -

What services do you offer?

1

Arden Supply Co. acts as an independent procurement and logistics partner, sourcing quality stock through a vetted grower network, consolidating supply across multiple nurseries, and delivering to site in line with project staging requirements. A single point of contact - access to hundreds of growers.

Why use Arden Supply Co. instead of buying direct from nurseries?

2

Buying direct can be feasible on small/ simple jobs, but larger projects often involve fragmented availability, substitutions, multiple freight legs and inconsistent quality control. Arden Supply Co. consolidates that process into one managed supply stream, reducing time spent by your team and improving accountability.

Arden Supply Co. unlocks genuine direct-from-the-grower pricing to our clients, providing unparalleled value.

How does pricing work?

3

Projects are generally priced through a procurement and coordination fee, plus a logistics and delivery fee based on project scale, location and staging requirements.

Can deliveries be staged?

4

Yes. Stock can be consolidated into separate stages and held until each planting phase is ready, helping avoid on-site storage problems and quality decline caused by project delays.

Where is the value?

5

3 places - improved pricing, improved quality & less headaches.

Through our grower relationships and buying power, we achieve unparalleled stock pricing for our clients.

You will receive a healthier, higher quality product due to our logistical efficiencies, plant knowledge and ‘sympathy’ and stock accountability.

Your job will be easier and the project smoother. You provide the plant schedule - we provide the plants. You focus on the project macro while we deal with the many logistical nightmares quietly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Do you subcontract freight?

6

Occasionally, but generally, no. Arden Supply Co. aims to manage freight in house wherever practical so handling, quality, timing and accountability remain under close control.

How do you mitigate plant unsuitability? And can you assist with species selections?

7

Stock is sourced with climatic suitability in mind to minimise transplant shock and reduce the risk of poor establishment caused by inappropriate growing conditions. Arden Supply Co. is not an AI based system that will let inappropriately specified stock be provided without question. Our team has genuine experience and qualifications is horticulture, landscaping and arboriculture and we strive to add that value where possible.
